Makita Cordless Drill & Battery Restoration | Makita 6205D

17 year old cordless drill. I think this drill is made in year 2003. The battery is not working anymore, I replace new cells with old battery case. The gearbox is dry with dust inside, I disassembled the gearbox, cleaned every parts, and put it back with new grease. I bought this drill from Japan recycle shop 12$. Nicd battery cells 8*0.6$ = 4.8$. I hope this video help you know more about cordless drill, you can repair it by yourself.
