Grab some moderate-weight dumbbells (I’m using 12lbs) to begin with and use different sizes if possible. I suggest a heavier weight for the One Arm Swings and Switch Lunges, a lighter weight for the Lunge/Press/Row combo. But it totally depends on your fitness level. Maybe have a look at the workout before you figure out what you’re gonna use. I show one circuit sticking with the same weights and a second BONUS round where I use a heavy KB for the Swings. Enjoy!
