Tom Palmer: «Freedom of trade and freedom of movement: the way to prosperity and progress»

Tom Palmer is a Vice president for International Programs at the Atlas Network, a senior research fellow at the Cato Institute (USA). Since the beginning of 1970-s he has been actively promoting the idea of liberty in unfree countries. During 1980-s Palmer traveled across Eastern Europe, he organized seminars and lectures, he presented publications and translations of classic texts on the economy.
