Perforations in wall-like structure imply erosive forces on Mars

Unique stone formations with small perforations were found. These formations suggest the possibility of erosion in the past, indicating that liquid water might have once been present on the Martian surface. The erosive action of flowing water over a long period of time could have shaped these formations, similar to how water carves canyons and riverbeds on Earth. The presence of these perforations provides the hypothesis of a watery past on the Red Planet. Finally Mars visualised. Final image is made of two images by Curiosity rover on Sol 3977 (2023-10-14).
