Massive Engine Failure - What Rod Knock Will Do To Your Small Block Chevy 350

Today I break down my small block chevy 350 that came out of my 1990 Third gen Camaro with Holley Sniper EFI and Holley Hyperspark ignition. The engine had started to make a knock or tick noise and it was time to pull the engine and break it down. Everything checked out fine until the oil pan came off leaving the oil pick up tube unattached and damaged. the #1 and #3 rod bearings were destroyed and had spun. the rest appeared to be alright.
