No titles. Cigarette Holder. Location of events unknown - London? A man in overcoat and tin helmet lights a cigarette in a small holder. Commentator mentions that “the lighted end of a gasper“ can be dangerous in the blackout, so we see the man fitting his cigarette and holder into a metal tube with several tiny tubes coming off it. He takes a puff on the cigarette and the smoke comes out of the small tubes, with the lit end safely inside. This was originally part of the item ’Black Out Ideas’ in the same issue.
