Follow the Steps. do em right. just an example of how it’s done. but to each their own. #KantStop #WontStop if your going for UNBROKEN. do not adjust your feet. no feet movement. no stale movement. it’s a flow. u must stay flowing thru out the entire routine. u don’t stand there for a sec or 2. u have to maintain the flow. if u do stale movements then u will look stale. plain and simple. if you are not going for UNBROKEN then you must run in place. no standing around looking stale.
