Full title reads: “Paris. France’s ’Wembley’ opened by President Doumergue.“ Paris, France. Various travelling shots of parade lead by car carrying French President Gaston Doumergue. Horsemen in Arabian costume are in the parade. They drive past a large Far Eastern style building. Car draws up and the President gets out. The President makes opening speech for the Paris International / Colonial exposition / exhibition.
