What is management? What is leadership? Who are managers? How is this “management thing“ relevant in an agile world? How is it relevant to teams? The key take-away: A team’s contribution to management and leadership is essential to the success of agility. The key question: what can you do? I work as a manager (whatever that means) in our own company. I shape different organizations with our customers: from startups to large organizations, from IT to hardware engineering. My lesson learned: an agile organization needs management as well as leadership tasks to be renegotiated by the teams and the organization.
