It requires minimal effort to get strong, resilient, flexible, relaxed and to increase coordination. Motivated by the primal flow of Michael Vazquez on YT, Tayo decided to challenge himself with this 30 day mobility challenge. He did animal flow exercises 15 to 30 minutes everyday. The results of this movement based training were amazing. He found his own flow to tackle immobility and awake his inner animal/child.
