Impression of the Referendum Voting in Lughansk 23-27 September 2022

Last 4 days I was an international observer for the referendum in the Donbass. I visited the Lugansk region , Rostov on Don and some voting points in Moscow for refugees. It was a fair and democratic referendum, despite the difficult circumstances after 8 years of war. The people voted YES and will have a brighter future being part of the Russian Federation.
