Frankum, Vice President of TWA Trans-world Airlines. Unfortunately it does not show the entire conference given by various leaders of TWA, but only those of Frankum. Frankum’s remarks concern the 1964 employee profit plan and the intense growth of the company in 1960-64. 1964 was an outstanding year according to Frankum, the best year in the history of TWA, with a profit of $37 million dollars. Frankum also mentions that competitors are trying to duplicate TWA’s success, and that 1965 will be “an even bigger challenge than 1964“. “The biggest area for improvement at TWA is employee performance,“ Frankum notes, trying to rally his troops to the challenge ahead.
