Darkest Hour 1.1 - Strategic Command TEASER

The wait is (soon) over as the Darkest Hour Development Team announces update 1.1. The update will come with plenty of new and interesting mechanics, extended focus trees, continuous focuses, reworks of whole countries, rework of map, difficulty settings, naval designer and post-war content for both Soviet Union and REDACTED. Keep an aye out on our discord server as we are going to show you teasers and trailers for the update. Discord: The update is expected to release in Spring, 2024. FaQ: When is the update coming? - Currently we’ve set the expected release date to Spring of 2024. Why is the update taking so long? - We are a very small team compared to the size of the mod and scope of our ideas. If you’d like to help out, write us an application #recruitment :). How much content is coming with 1.1? - New focus trees for existing nations, new mechanics (on a DLC scale), reworked countries, reworked map, naval designer (only designer), difficulty system, continuous focuses... What countries are getting new content? - Find out through upcoming teasers :). Make sure you get the teaser ping role in #info-and-faq to be notified when a new teaser drops! Will the update include the market and MIOs? - Curently they are in our dev. builds and have not caused problems so far. We do not have time for our “DH” spinoff of MIOs for now but it is planned. We’ll see. When and where can we learn more about the upcoming content? - Through teasers. For now... :) Is China/CCP/Warlords coming with 1.1? - No. Next major update, 1.2, is set to be the Chinese update. Is the update compatible with the latest game version? - 1.1 is updated to support the latest HoI4 update. Will the difficulty update affect the mod? - You will have an option to choose how difficult you want the game to be (very easy to very hard).
