The Land of the Buffalo | TJ Rogers ’Steady Pushing’ in partnership with 7-Eleven Ep 3/4

Episode 3 of Steady Pushing finds us in the prairielands of central Canada, as TJ Rogers’ rewind through the skate scenes of his youth takes in both Winnipeg and Calgary and we meet up with the incredible Joe Buffalo. Dropping in on family skateshop Sk8 Skates to meet up with shop riders Erik Penton and Fane Smeall for a street-level tour of the skate terrain of Manitoba’s capital, TJ then heads out into the vast wilderness of Canada’s plains to Regina, Saskatchewan for a rendezvous with the Samson Cree Nation. Joining TJ for an overnight journey through Grasslands national park are Canadian OG’s Mitch Barrette and Joe Buffalo, an amazing skateboarder and activist for Nations Skate Youth which celebrates First Nation culture through skateboarding.
