Russia said that Ukraine launched seven drones that targeted Moscow in the last 24 hours. Ukrainian drones were shot down in the Kaluga region, southwest of Moscow, Russia’s Defense Ministry said. An explosion rocked the city centre in Russian-occupied Melitopol on the evening of 2 August, mayor Ivan Fedorov said. Ukraine said Russia launched 80 strikes on 21 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing a woman.
