SUPER easy 1-pot - Scallion (Green Onion) Tofu

Tofu is my favorite ingredient to turn into a delicious dish. I love all types of tofu - soft, medium-firm, firm, extra firm. I’ve also been seeing a lot of black bean tofu here in Chengdu and loved the taste so much!
