Belarusian President Lukashenko contradicted his closest ally, Russia’s Vladimir Putin over claims on Moscow’s concert hall attack. Lukashenko said the attackers who carried out last week’s massacre, tried fleeing to Belarus first, but turned away because of checkpoints. Russia remanded in custody an eight suspect in the mass shooting at a Moscow concert hall.
