New law in Australia gives workers ’right to disconnect’
A new law is in effect in Australia called the Right to Disconnect where employees can safely ignore messages from their boss after work hours. Bosses can still text or email, but workers can’t be punished for not responding. TODAY’s Al Roker, Sheinelle Jones and Dylan Dreyer share their thoughts about this new piece of legislation.
