That’s according to the chief of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gera-si-mov, on Thursday in a conference with foreign military attaches. He also said the creation of NATO-like military blocs in the Asia-Pacific region, such as AUKUS, and the trilateral alliance between South Korea, the U.S., and Japan, increase instability in the region, and allow member countries to develop nuclear weapons.
