My Experience: Putting Grammar in Context by David Spencer

Teachers and learners usually have a very close but complicated relationship with grammar. In this talk, Dave tried to unravel that relationship based on his own experience as a Secondary school teacher, a learner, a classroom observer, and also as a coursebook writer. He also shared some of the approaches and activities that he found work in the classroom, including the presentation of grammar in motivating, content-rich contexts.
