“This is not Bucha near Kiev.” The village near Izyum, which was liberated almost two years ago, is not being restored. A resident of Kamenka spoke about the situation in the village, which was almost completely destroyed and captured at the beginning of the war, and then liberated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the fall of 2022. The houses are still in ruins, there is no electricity or gas - “they only promise”. People prefer to take certificates for the purchase of new housing and not return home. Local authorities also advise doing so. “They only show on social networks that everything has been restored, people are happy. And what are we happy with? This is not Bucha near Kiev, this is Kamenka,” says the woman. Source: Russian Head
