A hike around the old asylum after a bit of snow & we can see things better now

A little exploring around the grounds of the old Gardner colony for the mentally insane. I figured after a little snow we would be able to see a lot better into the old grounds of this deserted asylum. I walked the old abandoned roads seeing old utility poles, fire hydrants and old building as I walked along. I actually discovered a colonial road from the 1700s that I had missed in the summer. A huge rock wall embanked and built up with even pavement from the 1900s was heading up the hill and hidden by the brush. This hike was a little short because its hunting season still and there was a bunch of hunters out in the woods . A nice easy hike and cool place to explore in the area.
