This MetCon workout is divided into 10 rounds. Each round consists of 3 exercises and is structured in a ladder set up. Meaning, we will perform each round 4 times for a different duration before we move to the next round.
1. 10 sec on / 10 sec off
2. 20 sec on / 10 sec off
3. 30 sec on / 10 sec off
4. 40 sec on / 10 sec off
