My favorite genres of metal are melodic death metal and symphonic/gothic metal. Therefore, most female singers are on this list of these two musical genres. An artist like Pu Yu is primarily a bass player. This is her primary tool. But I like her, so I put her on the list. Many Chinese female singers can play a variety of musical instruments and do not specialize only in singing. Luo Qi plays more of the Rock genre, but it is a living legend and must not be missing from my list. Of course, there are many more Chinese female singers than just 25.
