Flapper, my chatterbox pet duck

I almost sent Quacker to someone else, but decided to give it one more try. I strengthened the fence into the yard and built a very large pen where I can keep the ducks when no one is home. It’s very large so they don’t mind. Also, my wife and I work different hours so someone is often home. I got a new duck (a Pekin) about a year ago and named her “Flapper.“ She and Quacker are very happy together. Here you see me feeding Flapper mealworms. I’d already been feeding Quacker, which is why he wasn’t interested.
