For this live-streamed talk, we’re going to dive into a topic that I and many others (performers and non-performers alike) battle with on a daily trappings of EGO. It’s a tasty, super-important topic that can (and does) drastically affect how our journey unfolds, often quietly derailing us from our purpose and our best creative work without us even being aware of it. I’m looking forward to sharing some of my own reflections, stories and learnings from 20 years of facing the Ego-monster as a professional performer, teacher & choreographer.
