The Zoo’s Who! (1935)

Titles read: ’THE ZOO’S WHO!’ Various locations of events. At Prague Zoo we see some new sea lions that have been given to the Czechoslovakian Zoological Society. A man feeds them some fish. At Liverpool Zoo in Merseyside a young lion is stroked and petted by a man. The lion is taken for a ride about the zoo park in a cart pulled by a horse. Two chimpanzees sit in a pram, waiting for their ride. A little girl pushes the pram about then we see the chimps walking ’home’ with their arms around each other. In the United States of America, we see two little girls with some toy dogs in a garden. The toys look very lifelike - they bark and wag their tails. One girl puts a real dog down near the toys and he barks back and tries to bite the toy several times. When a small cat is put down near the toys she runs off. Shot of the cat up a tree looking scared. Cut to shot of the toy dog at the bottom of the tree, barking at the cat. It looks quite funny. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
