Today we are in Montreal Quebec at Olivia’s Poulet Authentic, taking on their Grand Prix challenge (like the annual Formula 1 race in Montreal)! For this challenge we had 60 minutes to complete the fried chicken platter consisting of 40 pieces of fried chicken (white and dark) two sides dishes and a poutine (French fries cheese and gravy). If completed in the time limit the prize was a free $120 meal! We were here once before and it was some of the best fried chicken ever! it was a very juicy, crunchy chicken and their house made sauces and the worlds best fried chicken recipe.
