Freddie Mercury auction makes history

Song lyrics, a piano and a graffiti covered door were some of the items sold on the first night of a six day auction of Freddie Mercury’s possessions at Sotherbys. All the lots sold and nearly 140,000 fans passed through the doors to witness the exhibit before the items went under the hammer.
