Visit This 1967 documentary “Brookhaven Spectrum“ was produced for the Brookhaven National Laboratory in Long Island. It looks at the different atomic experiments that were being conducted there. It begins with a general introduction to the laboratory, including the scientists and engineers that are working there. This is followed by footage of the Alternating Gradient Synchrotron (AGS), which was the largest particle accelerator in the world when first commissioned.
