Asian Style Grilled Chicken | Grilled Chicken with Sweet Chilli Sauce | Grilled Chicken Recipe | Sweet Chilli Lime Grilled Chicken | Healthy Grilled Chicken | Grilled Chicken | Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken Ingredients for Asian Style Grilled Chicken: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Chicken Breast Fillets- 4 fillets- 400-450 gms 1st Marination: - Salt-1 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 3/4 tsp - Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp 2nd Marinade - Sweet Chilli Sauce- 4 tbsp - Light Soy Sauce- 2 tsp - Lemon Juice- 2 tsp - Olive oil- 3 tbsp - Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp Preparation: - Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets. Trim it to make the fillets of equal width and uniform. - Now add the salt, crushed pepper and garlic powder. Set aside for 15-20 mins. - To prepare the marinade, take a small bowl and add all the items mentioned. Mix and add this to the chicken fillets. Rub it to coat it uniformly. - Cover and keep aside for around 1 hour. Process: - Preheat the grill pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Brush it evenly over the grill pan & place the chicken pieces side by side. - Grill on one side for 3 mins on medium heat and then flip on the other side. Repeat on the other side for another 3 mins on medium heat. - Now baste with the marinade and grill it on low to medium heat for around 3 mins.
