Titles read: “Would you believe it? No. 7. Queer things the world over.“ Various locations of events. In Otford, Kent, we see various shots of Nancy Richardson and her huge collection of cats. They all gather round her in their yard to be given some milk. We see a shaggy dog sitting amongst the cats. The cats just look at him and wash each other. At Raynes Park in London we see a huge cat waddling along the street and into his garden. Commentator claims this is the largest cat in the world, weighing 35 lbs and measuring 14’’ across. The poor thing sits on a sheet of newspaper and looks hardly able to move. He sits and watches a normal-sized cat playing with a bell on a piece of string. The large cat eats from a bowl. We hear that he is given 5 meals a day. This is quite horrible! (Did his owners deliberately fatten him up to be a freak and live a life of misery?) In Ealing, London, we see Mrs Muller and her cat.
