Founded in 2012 from the fusion of the César Ritz Colleges, Culinary Arts Academy and the DCT European Culinary Centre, the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland prepares students for careers in the world of gastronomy. The programmes focus on the skills and practices required in both operational and management areas.
