Steve Waller Live at the Father Redcap

This is a video I shot in about 1985 featuring Steve Waller (Manfred Mann’s Earth Band) and his band playing at The Father Redcap pub in Camberwell South East London. Sadly Steve and The Father Redcap are no longer with us and so this video is a little bit of history. The band also features Jerry Stevenson (Procol Harem) on guitar, Glen LeFleur on drums, Peter Stroud on Bass and John Shaw and Graham Thompson on Sax. You can see and hear what a great band they were and another terrific music venue we have lost. This was shot on one of the first portable Panasonic video cameras with some shots edited in from a second Sharp video camera.
