WS church tower as bell tolls, WS Notre Dame. Long procession of young children and old people, who are blind, walk through the streets of Paris in honour of the centenary of Louis Braille. In great pomp they arrive at the Pantheon, onlookers watch as the funeral car carries the body of Braille. Soldiers march either side and a band and dignitaries wait by the entrance steps. The coffin is carried inside and past the dignitaries to the inner sanctum.
