Grip Training Hack + BONUS

You can improvise almost the same functionality of this very popular finger/grip machine, with just a pulley and a basic handle. You don’t even need an armwrestling table. Just find something to attach your thumb or palm like we did with the table peg. There are a lot of variations of this exercise with multiple grips (cupping, pinching, rolling, etc.) but in our opinion this kind of training is not high priority for your armwrestling development. But if you do like it, you can use this hack to train your grip with just a basic pulley.
