Absolutely Beautiful Abandoned New England Mansion Left Forgotten For Decades

Historic old home built sometime around 1860-1870. The house would stay in the same family for nearly a hundred years with a large addition being put on the back in the early 1900’s making it the large house seen today. During the 1960’s after house was sold from the original family it was converted into apartments and then eventually forgotten a few decades later after maintenance and repairs being too costly on the old house and much of the economy moving out of the small old town sadly. Now it’s being proposed as being used for a practice burn for the local fire department. Just glad too have this historic old house documented in pictures and video so it won’t be forgotten totally. Thank you for watching this beautiful old house. Also sorry for not finding out what was behind the plywood on the door. That was a real mystery upstairs! Would love to hear ideas!
