In this tutorial, I show you how to make royal icing for your bath bombs! I do include my recipe with optional additives! It’s really easy so give it a go!!! Royal Icing Recipe 1/2 Cup of Cold Water 1/4 Cup of Meringue Powder 1/2 Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar 4 1/2 Cups of Powdered Sugar (at least! Have 6 on hand!)
