New Mexico Senate honors the 30th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Black January tragedy On Feb. 4, 2020 the Senate of the U.S. State of New Mexico adopted a proclamation honoring the 30th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Black January tragedy.
