Making Lunch with Hannah - Homemade Grilled Cheese & Squash Soup with Baked Fish

This is what it looks like to spend a few hours on a simple but all homemade lunch on the farm making everything (except the fish themselves) from scratch. I was craving grilled cheese sandwiches but also wanted to add some roasted vegetables and of course, that homemade mozzarella cheese, fresh baked bread and real butter from our very own milk cows. The girls helped me make the cheese and everything came together very nicely at the end, although Fran wasn’t expecting to see a whole fish on the plate! Everyone enjoyed digging into this meal!
