The Pingtan Straits Road-Rail Bridge is the world’s longest and China’s first cross-sea road-rail bridge, with a total length of , including a main span of 532m. With a six-lane highway on top and a high-speed railway at bottom, the bridge allows vehicles and bullet trains to run between Songxia Town of Changle and Pingtan island. Construction started in November 2013 and finished in September 2019, and it was officially open at the end of 2020. #TidesofChange
