Palestinian man with Down syndrome is violently assaulted by Israeli forces

Muhammad al-Ajlouni, a 25-year-old Palestinian with Down Syndrome, was violently assaulted by a group of Israeli forces in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood.
