First Class Soldier Of St. Cyr Part 1 (1926)

Full title missing, according to issue sheet it reads: “’First class soldier of St. Cyr and member of first platoon of France’s first Battalion’ signal honour conferred on the Prince of Wales during visit to France’s Sandhurst“. France. M/S of Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales and Edouard Herriot (French cabinet minister) walking past crowds, most shelter under umbrellas. The Prince shakes hands with a few of the people before taking a seat on a covered platform next to Herriot. Other dignitaries sit behind them on the platform. They stand while a man (just off camera) gives a speech. The Prince is presented with a certificate. More men step forward to speak. Panning shot of crowd listening to Prince speak.
