how to cook deep fried pork belly ( lechon kawali)
first boil the pork belly for about 30-45mins (until the no more water left )
cool it down
then hit the pot add cooking oil, then drop the boiled pork belly carefully
continue frying until it will turn to golden brown and the skin will be crispy
for a dip sauce,you can use a vinegar mix a bit of soya sauce, add a little bit of minced garlic and onion or you can even eat with catsup, enjoy 😉
