Front Split in 5 Minutes - Flexibility Training

This 5 minute front split routine will help you achieve the splits in up to 3 months. If you only have a few cm left and have never tried a PNF routine with isometric stretches before, you may even be able to do it in your first session. You can stretch every day or even multiple times per day, but this particular routine is very intensive and usually works best with 3 sessions per week. If you feel sore and keep stretching too hard, you can actually lose flexibility or hurt yourself. Do less sessions if you feel sore, and do more sessions if you feel like you can. Warm up well and don’t bounce. Pain is ok as long as it can be controlled with slow breathing. Sharp pain is NOT ok and means that you should stop.
