That’s The Last Of It!

The maple sap stopped running as we hit above seasonal temperatures. It felt like summer for a few days and I tried to take advantage of this warm summery weather, but it didn’t last long as it is back in freezing weather. Spring is here and the snow has almost all melted. I am so glad to have some maple syrup this season… There’s nothing like homemade especially on homemade buttermilk pancakes.
