Create Patterns using wireframe modifier

Hi guys, After doing the tutorial on “Creating holes without deleting mesh“, i was testing wire-frame modifier. It was alright until i pressed ctrl 2 (i.e. shortcut for subsurf level 2) and found quick tip needs to be shared. So in this tutorial we will be creating patterns using wire-frame and other modifiers. Have fun :D Naman Here is the link of project .blend file
