One Week With Team China | Part 1

Back in 2019 I filmed an entire week’s training with team China. I filmed Olympic Champions Lu Xiaojun, Shi Zhiyong and Deng Wei, as well as soon to be Olympic Champions Li Wenwen, Chen Lijun, and Li Fabin. I also filmed many great up and comers, many of whom have become World record holders, such as Li Dayin, Feng Ludong, Yuan Chengfei, Tian Tao, and Yang Zhe. This is the first part of the week, days 1-3. Some footage has been uploaded before, but plenty is new and unseen. The Chinese weightlifting team continually evolves, and at this year’s Asian Weightlifting Championships we will get to see some new athletes, many of whom may become the Lu Xiaojun’s of the future.
