11 LINE ABS WORKOUT - Lower, Upper & Obliques | + weight

This 10 minute 11 line abs workout is a great routine for toning your abdominals, lower and upper abs. Just lay on your back, no standing & knee friendly. I added some weight to make the burn extra intense. We focus on exercises that tone and sculpt your waist and get that 11 line look. I used a 2kg dumbbell, you can use whatever you’ve got a home to make these exercises more effective. Combine the workout with my other abs workout for amazing results.
