Caterham-Lola SP/300.R Trackday Weapon - 545Kg, 300Hp Supercharged Engine & Sequential Gearbox

I think I have never seen a Caterham-Lola SP/300.R before. The occasion arose during a track day at the Paul Ricard circuit, Le Castellet, France. Just to see it, you immediately understand the role “Trackday Weapon“ that it plays. The project realized in collaboration with Lola who worked on aerodynamics, aluminium chassis and 6-speed sequential Hewland FTR Formula 3 gearbox specs is a guarantee of overall quality. The engine used is a Ford Duratec, four cylinders with Rotrex supercharger that develops 300hp at 7,500 rpm and 290Nm of torque. The low weight, under 600kg, enabled the car to perform excellent, from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and a top speed of about 290 km/h. Impress the aerodynamic load of 450Kg at 250 Km/h. The car complies with all FIA directives, including equipment. I have to thank my friend and Youtuber @19Bozzy92 with whom I collaborated to realise this video. Enjoy! 😉 Penso di non aver mai visto una Caterham-Lola SP/300.R prima d’ora.
